This service takes the really labour intensive work away from your staff leaving them free to commence with more important work.
Because all we do is transcription and typing, we are very good at it, and when we work on your file we do so without interruption. This means our full concentration on getting it right the first time, every time. Therefore your staff are freed up for more important work in your business

With digital audio transcribing our office which is situated on the East Coast of South Africa ensures a quick turnaround, overnight in many cases. For example, while it is night in Australia or the US, we will be transcribing your documents and the completed document will be on your desk when you get to the office the next morning.
In addition, with 11 official languages here in South Africa all having different accents and dialects, we are more than able to handle ESL (English Second Language) countries.
Rates
TimeLine is convinced that you will find the transcription and typing rates to be the most affordable anywhere, and in every case the cost is a fraction of what you would pay for a full-time employee. Our fee structure is dependent on the priority our clients assign to work when an audio file is transferred to us for the transcription. You may select three main turnaround times for the delivery of your your work. (See Turnaround Times below)
Payment Terms
50% of the total amount is payable upfront and the remaining 50% is payable on completion of the job. Once a good relationship is established and if work is received on a regular basis, payment can be made monthly.(Contact us for a free quote)
Turnaround Times
TimeLine works on the assumption that it will take an average of three hours of transcription per hour of recorded material and this is the standard in this field. The quality and nature of the recording could influence the final transcription time. So, based on the length of the recorded material to be transcribed we will be in a position to give you a good indication of the time you are looking at for the return of your transcribed documents.
NON URGENT
This being the most common of transcriptionist work, transcribing is done per TimeLine's strict conduct. Expect a typical turn-around time of 5 days [includes week-ends] from time of receipt of audio file (digital) to delivery of text by secure mail.
URGENT
Material to be transcribed is moved into a more urgent priority frame. Expect a turn-around time of 2 days [includes week-ends] from time of receipt of audio file (digital) to delivery of text by secure email.
OVER-NIGHT AND INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS OPTIMISING GMT ADVANTAGE
Material is transcribed with a typical turn-around time of 24 hours [includes week-ends] from time of receipt of audio (digital) to delivery of text by secure email.
Does TimeLine only accept work from International Clients?
Definately not, we more than welcome transcriptions and or general typing from within South Africa as well.
